The Legal Advice Clinic & Citizen's Advice Student Placement Programme 2022-23

The Legal Advice Clinic has teamed up with Citizens Advice Leicester to offer a (minimum) 12 month volunteering experience for law students. Full training will be provided by Citizens Advice and, for students who progress to the second tier of training, qualifying work experience (QWE) may be available. Once trained, students will volunteer for 8 hours a week (over 1 or 2 shifts) as Citizens Advice advisers. This opportunity will be predominantly remote, and can be fully remote for international students wishing to apply.
